Quick Start Guide For New Customers

We create a new account or we use your existing information if you have previously rented from
us before.

We create an invoice for the items you would like to rent.

Depending on the form of payment, payment is either collected in the amount of the rental or
deposit. Please see rental policy section for more details.

Sign the agreement on the invoice for the rental items.

Customers will directed where to be loaded. We will assist in loading the equipment onto your
vehicle and we can provide you a quick tutorial on how to use the equipment.

Quick start guide to renting

Rental periods

Party equipment is rented for a 48-hour period. Any items picked up
on Friday or Saturday are due back anytime during business
hours the following Monday.

Half-day Rate	4 consecutive hours during store hours, or out after 3 PM and returned before 9 AM the following morning
Daily Rate	24 consecutive hours from the time out
Weekly Rate	7 consecutive days from the time out
Monthly Rate	4 consecutive weeks from the time out

Monday - Friday

Saturday - Sunday

Half-day Rate	Up to 4 consecutive hours during store hours
Daily Rate	Up to 8 consecutive hours and returned by 4 PM, or out after 2 PM and returned before 9 AM Monday morning
Weekly Rate	7 consecutive days from the time out
Monthly Rate	4 consecutive weeks from the time out
